12th Avenue Candles is a celebration of the abundance that the greater Otago region has to offer. From soaring alpine mountains, fresh stone fruits & berries, premium manuka honey and wine of Central Otago, to the miles of white sandy beaches that surround Moturata Island on our East coast we have it all!

Our candles are a reflection of this beautiful land we call home.

We endeavour to keep our products and processes green & clean with minimal packaging and what packaging we do use is recyclable.

Our candles are made from pure soy wax, cotton wicks and clean fragrance oils all sourced from New Zealand suppliers. Phthalate, paraffin, zinc and iron free as well as vegan friendly.

They are hand poured in our boutique studio in small batches so every product out the door is made solely by me to my exacting standards, there is zero mass production so you are guaranteed the personal touch in every product.
We can be found in collaboration with other small bespoke local businesses so keep an eye out for our seasonal gift boxes.

Our custom label service offers our customers the opportunity to create memento candles for any occasion and our wholesale clients the opportunity to have their own logos on the products.

We specialise in wedding favour candles but these are made to order so there is a 2 month lead time.
